Contribute to our
Battlefield Preservation Fund.

The Civil War Round Table of Chicago has a passionate dedication to American Civil War historic battlefield site preservation. It is a major component of our mission. The importance of honoring these hallowed grounds cannot be overemphasized. We encourage members to contribute to our Battlefield Preservation Fund on a regular basis. We’re proud of our generous record of cash donations to battlefield restoration and preservation campaigns throughout the country.

Our Mission Statement
The Battlefield Preservation Fund Committee of the Civil War Round Table of Chicago advocates for Civil War battlefield site preservation through fund-raising and consciousness-raising (i.e., education). With the moral and financial support as well as the input of Round Table members, the committee contributes to a variety of preservation groups and efforts. The committee actively seeks to cultivate both the interest and the input of Round Table members; we request that members with knowledge of and concern for worthy preservation projects provide that information to the committee for its consideration.
